Why are so many people against technology? Is it technology they are against or simply just change? How do people expect to evolve and better themselves without change? What would be lacking in this world if there were not people always looking for something better?
Today I was at a store and the older lady checking me out became annoyed with me very quickly. I pulled out my iPhone and went to my app that allows me to store all those annoying discount/reward cards that the stores hand out. She immediately rolled her eyes and was very short with me. "They don't usually work here. Don't you just have your card?" I apologized and said I didn't. "Well, I have to ring up your items first then you can give me that thing." As she was checking out my things she was mumbling under her breath about fancy computers and doing things the old way. I held my tongue but I really wanted to say, "Well if you want to do it the old way, I can go out and gather my chickens and cows and use them for payment!"
See how far we've come! PLEASE, think twice about all the "changes" in this world that you simply couldn't live without (Car, cell phone, central air, etc.) the next time you struggle with something new being presented to you!

About Project 365
I have decided to get back into my photography. I have boycotted my hobby for awhile because I miss the meditating atmosphere of a dark room. (Maybe I just miss the fumes!?!?) When I went to school I can remember spending very long evenings in the dark room and having a sense of accomplishment and creativity! Since I have made the switch to digital photography, I rarely edit the photos I take. With this project I will have different types of photos. All photos will be taken with my iPhone and will not be edited. Some will be normal everyday pics and some artistic in nature, but all will be a little part of my day. Everyday for a year! Here's to going out and finding the creativity again...
