Day 242
This has been a crazy week at school...
It seems like every classroom is moving!
Some people are in the process of moving all week long. Then there are some of us that packed up Fri, where moved Sat, and have kids tomorrow! Computers, Smart boards, telephones... all down for some of us until Friday! CRAZY!
But we go on... and we do it because the kids deserve a school comparable to their suburban peers. It may not be perfect but it is WAY better than what we had!
It's a process. We just need to keep telling ourselves... It's a process!

Day 241
I put this magnet on my car about 2 weeks ago...
Today was such a beautiful day! The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, people were driving with their windows down and music blaring, etc.
I was one of those people with the windows down singing at the top of my lungs! At a stop light, the person on my right rolled their window down and yelled over to me...
"Love your magnet! Great message! Made me smile!"
I do what I can... :0)

Day 240
I needed lunch with my students today! At the end of the month I get to take 6 lucky kids that have been role models in one way or another to lunch! It's always a good time and nice break in the day!
